Vacatureomschrijving

Ben jij nieuwsgierig naar de wereld van commercieel vastgoed en wil je ervaren hoe deals tot stand komen? Tijdens deze stage draai je vanaf dag één mee binnen ons Real Estate Services-team, waar je alles leert over de verhuur van kantoren en andere commerciële vastgoedobjecten.

Je ondersteunt het team bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden, van het voorbereiden van klantafspraken en presentaties tot het beheren van vastgoedaanvragen en het up-to-date houden van ons CRM-systeem. Daarnaast help je bij het analyseren van marktontwikkelingen, het signaleren van commerciële kansen en het uitbreiden van ons netwerk van potentiële huurders en opdrachtgevers.

Cliché maar waar; geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag werk je mee aan een pitch voor een nieuwe klant, de andere dag onderzoek je markttrends of ondersteun je bij lopende transacties. Zo krijg je een unieke inkijk in de dynamische wereld van commercieel vastgoed én ontwikkel je waardevolle commerciële vaardigheden waar je je hele carrière profijt van hebt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Zorgen dat CRM en dossiers volledig en overzichtelijk zijn;
  • Het zoekersbestand bijhouden en matches maken tussen vraag en aanbod;
  • Meetings en klantdossiers voorbereiden, zodat het team altijd scherp voor de dag komt;
  • Ondersteunen bij lopende verhuurtrajecten en interne processen;
  • Kennis opdoen van het vakgebied en meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de afdeling.

Let op: je kunt ook je thesis schrijven. Daarvoor hebben wij al een aantal vraagstukken klaarliggen!

Functie-eisen

Wie ben jij?

  • Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van Vastgoed, Economie, Commerciële; Economie, Hotelschool of Bedrijfskunde;
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, leergierig en vindt het leuk om samen te werken;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met commercieel vastgoed en wil weten hoe het écht werkt in de praktijk;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur voor de duur van 5-6 maanden vanaf januari/februari 2027.
