Vacatureomschrijving

Wil jij ontdekken hoe de waarde van vastgoed wordt bepaald en tegelijkertijd relevante praktijkervaring opdoen? Tijdens deze meewerkstage binnen ons Valuations & Advisory-team krijg je een unieke kans om mee te werken aan vastgoedwaarderingen voor uiteenlopende objecten, van kantoren en winkels tot logistiek vastgoed en woningen.

Vanaf dag één maak je deel uit van het team en werk je mee aan projecten voor diverse opdrachtgevers. Je leert hoe vastgoedwaarderingen tot stand komen, welke factoren van invloed zijn op de waarde van een object en hoe marktontwikkelingen worden vertaald naar concrete adviezen. Daarbij combineer je data, financiële analyses en marktkennis om tot goed onderbouwde inzichten te komen.

Je ondersteunt onze Valuers bij het opstellen van taxatierapporten, het uitvoeren van markt- en objectanalyses en het verzamelen van relevante vastgoeddata. Daarnaast ga je mee naar bezichtigingen, werk je met financiële rekenmodellen en draag je bij aan adviesrapportages die opdrachtgevers ondersteunen bij belangrijke investerings- en vastgoedbeslissingen.

  • De mogelijkheid om een onderzoeksopdracht uit te voeren op een onderwerp naar keuze.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Vastgoed & Makelaardij, Bedrijfskunde, Finance, Hotelschool of Asset Management;
  • Je bent leergierig, analytisch en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je bent enthousiast, ondernemend en niet bang om vragen te stellen;
  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 5 maanden vanaf eind januari/begin februari 2027.
