Vacatureomschrijving

Heb jij de ambitie om dé volgende vastgoedexpert te worden? Duik je graag in data, beschik je over sterke analytische vaardigheden en wil je leren hoe vastgoed echt wordt gewaardeerd? Dan is een meewerkstage bij Colliers Valuations iets voor jou.

Wat ga je doen?

Als stagiair bij het Valuations team draai je volledig mee in het proces van vastgoedwaardering. Je krijgt de kans om de theorie uit je studie toe te passen in de praktijk en ervaring op te doen met echte projecten.

Je ondersteunt onze Valuers bij:

  • Het voorbereiden en opstellen van onafhankelijke taxatierapporten;
  • Het uitvoeren van markt- en objectanalyses;
  • Het meegaan op bezichtigingen en verzamelen van vastgoeddata;
  • Het bouwen en controleren van financiële rekenmodellen;
  • Het voorbereiden van adviesrapportages voor diverse opdrachtgevers.

Moet je voor je studie een onderzoeksopdracht doen? Dan kun je in overleg met je begeleider bij Colliers een onderwerp kiezen dat aansluit bij jouw interesses én bij de praktijk van het team.

Functie-eisen

  • Ruimte voor eigen initiatief en persoonlijke groei;
  • De mogelijkheid om een onderzoeksopdracht uit te voeren op een onderwerp naar keuze.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Vastgoed & Makelaardij, Bedrijfskunde, Finance, Hotelschool of Asset Management;
  • Je bent leergierig, analytisch en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je bent enthousiast, ondernemend en niet bang om vragen te stellen;
  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 5 maanden vanaf eind januari/begin februari 2027 (voor minimaal 32 uur per week)
