Descrizione del lavoro

Principali Responsabilità

Supporto, con un crescente grado di autonomia:

  • nella redazione e revisione di contratti commerciali, ivi inclusi contratti di locazione, appalto, accordi di fornitura di beni e/o servizi, accordi di riservatezza, contratti di compravendita, garanzie e predisposizione della relativa documentazione;
  • nella gestione della corrispondenza rilevante: diffide, richieste risarcitorie e contestazioni ecc. (analisi della fattispecie, redazione di lettere di riscontro e di atti/verbali di transazione).
  • nell’analisi e selezione della documentazione di data room e redazione/revisione delle Q&A nella fase di due diligence di dismissione/acquisizione di immobili;
  • nell’analisi e gestione della documentazione relativa a gare d’appalto pubbliche e private e nella predisposizione della eventuale documentazione legale/amministrativa richiesta;
  • predisposizione di memorandum e note interne e per il CDA in materia di diritto civile e commerciale, con focus nel real estate;
  • nel coordinamento dei legali esterni incaricati anche relativamente all'attività giudiziale (redazione dell'incarico professionale, condivisione di informazioni, aggiornamento dello stato dei contenziosi, partecipazione a riunioni e incontri ..).

Qualifiche

  • Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza;
  • Preferibilmente esperienza di almeno 1 anno in studi internazionali o boutique law firms;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale l’aver conseguito un voto di laurea magistrale non inferiore a 105.
  • Capacità e competenze relazionali.
  • Ottima predisposizione al lavoro di Team.
  • Capacità organizzative e di gestione.
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione.
  • Senso di responsabilità e cultura improntata al rispetto delle scadenze.
  • Proattività.

Informazioni aggiuntive

Per questa posizione prevediamo una RAL compresa tra €26.000 e €28.000, definita in base all'esperienza, alle competenze e al percorso professionale del candidato.
