Jesteśmy globalną firmą świadczącą usługi w obszarze rynku nieruchomości komercyjnych. Nasza działalność obejmuje trzy główne obszary: doradztwo, zarządzanie nieruchomościami oraz usługi budowlane. Wspieramy klientów m.in. w zakresie strategii nieruchomości, projektów inwestycyjnych, zarządzania obiektami, doradztwa energetycznego oraz realizacji przestrzeni biurowych i komercyjnych. Tworzymy rozwiązania, które odpowiadają na potrzeby biznesu i zmieniającego się otoczenia rynkowego.

Mamy biura w 7 lokalizacjach w Polsce: w Warszawie, Łodzi, Gdańsku, Poznaniu, Katowicach, Krakowie oraz Wrocławiu.

Opis oferty pracy

Obowiązki:

  • nadzór nad BHP na budowie zgodnie z zaleceniami Inspektora BHP;
  • potwierdzanie harmonogramu dostaw, przyjęcie dostaw ze sprawdzeniem ilościowym materiałów, zarządzanie rozładunkiem;
  • utrzymywanie porządku na placu, reorganizacja placu budowy zgodnie z aktualnie prowadzonymi pracami;
  • w celu wykonania ww. prac do dyspozycji pracownicy godzinowi, dźwig samojezdny z operatorem w wybrane dni;
  • raporty i dokumentacja zdjęciowa postępu prac zanikowych (np. izolacja fundamentów, zbrojenie stropów);
  • organizacja i zabezpieczenie wjazdu na budowę;
  • koordynacja i ewidencja prac wykonywanych przez pracowników godzinowych;
  • ścisła współpraca z kierownikiem budowy.

Wymagania:

  • własna działalność gospodarcza umożliwiająca współpracę w ramach B2B;
  • dostępność w godzinach pracy budowy: 7:00-15:00 od poniedziałku do piątku;
  • prawo jazdy kat. B;
  • umiejętność samodzielnej organizacji prac, zarządzania brygadą;
  • komunikatywność;
  • podstawowa znajomość przepisów BHP;
  • znajomość podstaw budownictwa;
  • znajomość j. polskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację;
  • mile widziane: umiejętność obsługi minikoparki.

Oferujemy:

  • Współpracę w ramach kontraktu B2B;
  • Wynagrodzenie: od 6,000 do 10,000 netto+VAT;
  • Współpracę na okres: październik 2026 - luty 2027, z możliwością przedłużenia do czerwca 2027;
  • Współpracę na budowie zlokalizowanej w Elblągu, przy ul. 1 maja.
