Jesteśmy globalną firmą świadczącą usługi w obszarze rynku nieruchomości komercyjnych. Nasza działalność obejmuje trzy główne obszary: doradztwo, zarządzanie nieruchomościami oraz usługi budowlane. Wspieramy klientów m.in. w zakresie strategii nieruchomości, projektów inwestycyjnych, zarządzania obiektami, doradztwa energetycznego oraz realizacji przestrzeni biurowych i komercyjnych. Tworzymy rozwiązania, które odpowiadają na potrzeby biznesu i zmieniającego się otoczenia rynkowego.

Mamy biura w 7 lokalizacjach w Polsce: w Warszawie, Łodzi, Gdańsku, Poznaniu, Katowicach, Krakowie oraz Wrocławiu.

Opis oferty pracy

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Zarządzanie nieruchomościami komercyjnymi (ze wskazaniem na nieruchomości biurowe);
  • Stała współpraca z właścicielem zarządzanej nieruchomości;
  • Wdrażanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań mających na celu podniesienie funkcjonalności i potencjału nieruchomości;
  • Zapewnienie działań eventowych oraz z obszaru ESG na zarządzanej nieruchomości;
  • Bieżący kontakt z najemcami;
  • Kontrola stanu nieruchomości i zarządzanie pracami podwykonawców;
  • Organizowanie przetargów na usługi i serwisy;
  • Przygotowywanie budżetów OPEX oraz CAPEX, analiza kosztów;
  • Optymalizacja kosztów eksploatacyjnych;
  • Raportowanie w języku polskim i angielskim;
  • Kontrolowanie dokumentacji formalno-technicznej nieruchomości.

Nasze wymagania:

  • Od 3 do 5 lat doświadczenia w samodzielnym zarządzaniu nieruchomościami komercyjnymi (mile widziane biurowymi);
  • Doświadczenie w organizowaniu przetargów na serwisy podwykonawcze;
  • Doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu budżetu OPEX i CAPEX i optymalizacji kosztów;
  • Swobodne posługiwanie się językiem angielskim (w mowie i w piśmie);
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne, samodzielność i kreatywność w skutecznym rozwiązywaniu problemów;
  • Chęć i umiejętność współpracy w zespole;
  • Bardzo dobra organizacji pracy.
