Descripción del empleo

¿Tienes experiencia en el sector logístico e industrial y quieres seguir desarrollando tu carrera en una firma líder en consultoría inmobiliaria?

En Colliers buscamos incorporar un/a Senior Analyst para nuestro equipo de Industrial & Logistics en Valencia.

Buscamos una persona con sólida capacidad analítica, orientación al cliente y experiencia en el sector inmobiliario, que quiera participar en operaciones y proyectos de referencia dentro del mercado logístico e industrial.

Formarás parte de un equipo especializado y en crecimiento, colaborando en operaciones de inversión, comercialización, análisis de mercado y asesoramiento estratégico para clientes nacionales e internacionales.

Esta es una oportunidad ideal para quienes buscan:

  • Trabajar directamente con inversores, propietarios y operadores.
  • Ampliar sus conocimientos de mercado y de análisis financiero inmobiliario.
  • Continuar desarrollando su carrera en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en consultoría inmobiliaria, capital markets, advisory o áreas relacionadas.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de análisis financiero y valoración de activos inmobiliarios.
  • Conocimiento del mercado logístico e industrial.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado y orientado al detalle.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación con clientes.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
  • Nivel alto de español e inglés (mínimo C1).

Se valorará positivamente

  • Experiencia en procesos de transacción y comercialización de activos.
  • Conocimiento del mercado Industrial & Logistics en la Comunidad Valenciana.
  • Experiencia coordinando o apoyando el desarrollo de perfiles junior.

  • Fecha de incorporación: inmediata.
  • Tipo de contrato: Indefinido.
  • Horario: : Lunes a jueves de 9:00h a 14:00h y de 15:00h a 19:00h. Viernes de 8:00h a 15:00h. Jornada intensiva de verano del 1 de julio al 15 de septiembre (8:00h a 15:00h).
