Description du poste

Au sein de Colliers, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Landlord Advisory, qui conseille les investisseurs immobiliers dans la valorisation de leurs actifs et la gestion de situations locatives complexes. Encadré(e) par les consultants de l'équipe, vous contribuerez aux analyses et recommandations sur des actifs de bureaux, commerce, activité, logistique et résidentiel.

En appui de l'équipe, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Analyser les marchés locatifs, les offres disponibles, les valeurs et les immeubles comparables.
  • Examiner les états locatifs, baux, loyers, charges, échéances et principales clauses économiques.
  • Modéliser les coûts et comparer les scénarios de maintien, de libération ou de repositionnement.
  • Analyser les sociétés locataires, leur situation financière et leurs contraintes immobilières.
  • Préparer les présentations clients, notes de recommandation, cartographies et outils de suivi.
  • Participer progressivement aux visites, réunions clients et échanges avec les locataires, au fil de votre montée en autonomie.

Qualifications

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant(e) en dernière année d'école de commerce, d'ingénieurs ou d'une formation supérieure en immobilier, finance ou gestion, à la recherche d'un stage de fin d'études (convention de stage obligatoire).
  • Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et PowerPoint, avec un goût prononcé pour les chiffres.
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, rigueur, curiosité, autonomie et sens du détail.
  • Très bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles en français.
  • Intérêt pour l'immobilier d'entreprise, la finance immobilière et la négociation. Anglais professionnel apprécié.

Ce que ce stage vous apportera

Une première expérience concrète de la création de valeur immobilière, une exposition à plusieurs classes d'actifs et une montée en responsabilité rapide au contact d'investisseurs professionnels, avec l'accompagnement d'une équipe expérimentée.
