What you will do:
- Provide leadership and guidance to technicians and apprentices
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing system failures (such as system leaks and stoppages)
- Repair various plumbing components including water closets, sanitation systems, fire sprinkler piping systems, storm drainage systems, domestic water heating systems, and HVAC hydronic systems
- Help develop our existing customer base
- Qualify and estimate work for plumbing service projects
- Support sales efforts including prospecting for new opportunities and closing deals
- Perform maintenance and repair operations to commercial plumbing systems
What we are looking for:
- Master’s level experience and thorough knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
- Master’s Plumbing License or ability and willingness to obtain a Master’s License shortly after hire
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Advanced technological proficiency including Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and willing to travel within territory
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Capable of maintaining a high energy level to handle our dynamic, fast-paced workload
- Pass a driving record check, criminal background check, credit record check and drug screen
