Coloriet is in beweging. We bouwen aan een nieuwe manier van ondersteunen én van communiceren. Ons merkverhaal Ga mee staat. De nieuwe huisstijl staat. En het communicatieteam ontwikkelt zich van uitvoerder naar echte gesprekspartner in de organisatie. In die beweging zoeken we jou.

Met meer dan 1400 cliënten en hun familieleden, ruim 1400 medewerkers en 600 vrijwilligers geven wij samen kleur aan een waardevol leven. Thuis, in de wijk of op één van onze locaties in Biddinghuizen, Dronten, Lelystad, Swifterbant of Zeewolde.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een communicatieadviseur die verder kijkt dan de vraag die wordt gesteld. Als een collega een flyer vraagt, vraag jij eerst: wat wil je eigenlijk bereiken? Je helpt de organisatie niet alleen de juiste antwoorden te geven, maar ook de juiste vragen te stellen. Je hebt een eigentijdse visie op communicatie en je brengt die in. Ook als dat betekent dat je een andere richting adviseert dan gevraagd.

Je schrijft goed, denkt strategisch en weet wanneer je moet doorvragen en wanneer je gewoon aan de slag gaat. Je werkt met kennis van je vak én met hart voor mensen. Je voelt je thuis in een organisatie die in beweging is en krijgt daar energie van.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt samen met twee collega's aan de communicatie van Coloriet in de ouderenzorg. Je adviseert management en projectleiders over interne communicatie en externe profilering. Je denkt mee over communicatie rondom werving en employer branding en werkt mee aan campagnes, contentstrategie en evenementen. Je bewaakt het merkkompas en de huisstijl en verzorgt ook deels contentcreatie voor web, intranet en social media. Je stapt in op een mooi moment. Het nieuwe merkkompas met huisstijl staan en de nieuwe website is deze zomer gelanceerd. Jouw uitdaging is om het Coloriet verhaal verder te laten landen in de organisatie en daarbuiten. Je adviseert, schrijft, schakelt en voert uit. En jij weet: die volgorde is niet toevallig.

Wat vragen we?

  • Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding communicatie of vergelijkbaar;
  • Minimaal vijf jaar werkervaring als communicatieadviseur;
  • Organisatiesensitief, zelfstandig en stressbestendig;
  • Goede schrijfstijl en ervaring met tools als Canva, WordPress en Meta Business.
