Wie zijn wij?

Coloriet ondersteunt ouderen in elke levensfase, met persoonlijke aandacht en deskundigheid. Wij zorgen mét mensen. Met meer dan 1400 cliënten en hun familieleden, ruim 1400 medewerkers en 600 vrijwilligers geven wij samen kleur aan een waardevol leven. Thuis, in de wijk of op één van onze locaties in Biddinghuizen, Dronten, Lelystad, Swifterbant of Zeewolde.

Wie ben jij?

In de nacht ziet de wereld er anders uit; stiller maar ook verrassend. Jouw aanwezigheid zorgt voor rust en een vertrouwd gezicht. Jij hebt een positieve blik en wilt graag samen processen optimaliseren om de zorg beter maken. Jij bent een echte verbinder.

Wat ga jij doen?

Als Verzorgende IG ben jij één van de vertrouwde gezichten voor zowel onze bewoners als hun familie en naasten. Wij bieden zorg die volledig is afgestemd op de persoonlijke behoeften, wensen en voorkeuren van iedere bewoner. Je creëert een warme en huiselijke sfeer waarin iedereen zich gezien en welkom voelt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze bewoners kunnen genieten van een zo optimaal mogelijke nachtrust. Hoewel je vooral nachtdiensten werkt, draai je soms ook een dag- of avonddienst. Zo blijf je verbonden met je collega’s, het team en wat er overdag speelt op de afdeling.

Wat vinden wij belangrijk?

  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding Verzorgende IG niveau 3;
  • Je zal naast nachtdiensten ook incidenteel een dag of avonddienst draaien;
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de gezondheidszorg en ervaring met verpleegtechnische handelingen;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep PG;
  • Je bent op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen binnen je vak.
