Coloriet ondersteunt ouderen in elke levensfase, met persoonlijke aandacht en deskundigheid. Wij zorgen mét mensen. Met meer dan 1400 cliënten en hun familieleden, ruim 1400 medewerkers en 600 vrijwilligers geven wij samen kleur aan een waardevol leven. Thuis, in de wijk of op één van onze locaties in Biddinghuizen, Dronten, Lelystad, Swifterbant of Zeewolde.

Als verzorgende ben jij één van de vertrouwde gezichten op de groep voor onze bewoners maar ook voor hun familie en naasten. Je zet jouw talenten bewust in en zoekt actief de samenwerking en verbinding met collega’s. Vanuit nieuwsgierigheid en betrokkenheid sta je open voor nieuwe inzichten en ontwikkelingen die bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van zorg voor onze bewoners. Je bent flexibel, hulpvaardig en weet als professional goed aan te sluiten bij wat bewoners, naasten en collega’s nodig hebben.

Wat ga jij doen?

Als verzorgende IG bied je samen met je collega’s persoonlijke en deskundige zorg aan onze bewoners. Je werkt hierbij vanuit het zorgplan en stemt jouw begeleiding en verzorgende handelingen zorgvuldig af op de individuele zorgvraag. Je bent in staat om gedrag van bewoners te vertalen in een hulpvraag en dat op creatieve wijze te begeleiden. Met een glimlach en een vriendelijk praatje creëer jij samen met je collega’s een prettig woon- en leefklimaat.

Wat vinden wij belangrijk?

  • Jij beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding verzorgende IG niveau 3 (of bent een leerling VIG);
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de gezondheidszorg;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep somatiek;
  • Wij vinden werkplezier belangrijk en jij ook.
