​ניהול, סנכרון ובקרה של תוכנית עבודה אסטרטגית, מורכבת ומרובת ממשקים. התפקיד כולל עבודה צמודה מול דרגי ניהול בכירים, צוותי פיתוח, מנהלי מוצר (POs), ארכיטקטים, סקראם מאסטרים, יחידות עסקיות, אבטחת מידע וספקים. התפקיד דורש הובלה אג'ילית מקצה לקצה, הטמעת רוטינות עבודה גמישות וסנכרון תלויות בסביבת פיתוח מהירה.

​תחומי אחריות מרכזיים

  • ​ניהול והובלת מתודולוגיית Agile בתוכנית: ניהול סנכרון בין ספרינטים, שחרורי גרסאות (Releases), ניהול PIs (Program Increments) ותכנון מפת דרכים מוצרית (Roadmap) מול צוותי ה-Scrum וה-Product.
  • ​ניהול תוכנית עבודה מרובת צוותים: מעקב וסנכרון בין צוותי פיתוח אג'יליים שונים (Cross-functional squads) וניהול מורכב של תלויות (Dependencies) בין צוותי אג'ייל לצוותים העובדים במודלים מסורתיים (Hybrid environment).
  • ​ניהול ממשקים וסנכרון רוחבי: תיאום שוטף ורתירת גורמים עסקיים, טכנולוגיים (IT, אבטחת מידע, תשתיות) ורגולטוריים לקצב העבודה האג'ילי.
  • ​ניהול סיכונים וצווארי בקבוק: זיהוי מוקדם של מעקבים, מניעת "חסימות" (Blockers) בצוותים, וניהול תהליכי Mitigation מהירים.
  • ​מטריקות ודיווח אג'ילי להנהלה: מדידה ובקרה של תפוקות צוותים באמצעות מדדי אג'ייל (Velocity, Burn-down/Burn-up charts, Lead/Cycle Time), והנגשת סטטוסים ניהוליים ודאשבורדים בזמן אמת להנהלת הבנק.
  • ​שיפור מתמיד (Continuous Improvement): הטמעת רוטינות עבודה מתקדמות, שיפור תהליכי העבודה בתוכנית והדרכת הדרגים הניהוליים והמקצועיים במתודולוגיות גמישות.

Requirements

​ניסיון מקצועי:

  • ​לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון כ-PMO בפרויקטים/תוכניות עבודה מורכבות בעולמות הטכנולוגיה והדיגיטל – חובה.
  • ​רקע מוכח וחזק בהטמעה והובלה של מתודולוגיות Agile / Scrum / SAFe / Scaled Agile בתוכניות רחבות היקף – חובה.
  • ​ניסיון בעבודה בסביבה היברידית (שילוב בין Agile ל-Waterfall/מערכות ליבה ותיקות) – יתרון משמעותי.
  • ​ניסיון קודם ממערכת בנקאית / פיננסית / גוף מוסדי גדול – יתרון משמעותי.
  • ​היכרות עם עולמות הדיגיטל, אפליקציות, מערכות ליבה וארכיטקטורת ענן – יתרון.

​כישורים טכניים ומתודולוגיים:

  • ​שליטה מעמיקה ומלאה בכלי ניהול אג'יליים: Jira (ברמת ניהול מתקדם/Jira Align/Advanced Roadmaps), Confluence, Monday, MS Project.
  • היכרות עמוקה עם ניהול Backlog, תכנון ספרינטים ומטריקות מדידה אג'יליות.
  • ​שליטה מצוינת בכלי BI וניתוח נתונים ( Excel ברמה גבוהה).
  • הסמכות אג'ייל (CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agilist/SAFe PMO) – יתרון משמעותי.
