CSA Global Logistics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Admin to join our operations team in Miami.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in logistics and supply chain management. As a key member of our operations team, you will help ensure the smooth execution of international freight movements while delivering exceptional customer service to clients around the world.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan and coordinate multimodal shipments, with a strong focus on ocean freight.
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.
  • Coordinate with carriers, port operators, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Provide timely shipment updates and maintain clear communication with customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate operational data within Cargoo TMS and Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
  • Support carrier management activities and help optimize service performance and transportation costs.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, trading, finance, and logistics teams to ensure operational excellence.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, at least 1 year of relevant logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or customer service experience.
  • Ocean freight forwarding experience is highly preferred.
  • Fluent English and Spanish communication skills are required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, coachable, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
