La Municipalité d'Etoy met au concours un poste de : \\Responsable pour les services externes et conciergerie (CDI 100 %)\\ \\Tâches principales et responsabilités\\ \* Encadrer, gérer et motiver une équipe de 9 collaborateurs/trices (voirie, conciergerie et service des eaux)Favoriser un environnement et un cadre de travail positif et collaboratif. \* Coordonner la mise en œuvre des projets définis par la Municipalité \* Veiller à la conformité légale avec les réglementations en vigueur et à l'application des règles de sécurité \* Suivi des travaux effectués par des entreprises externes (bâtiments et routes). \* Entretien des espaces verts (tonte, fauchage, arrosage)Entretien des talus et bords des routes. \* Entretien des parcelles communales du domaine public. \* Déneigement et salage des routes, chemins et trottoirs, places et alentours. \* Présence et entretien de la déchetterie et des Ecopoints. \* Mise en place et soutien lors des manifestations \* Et toutes autres tâches liées à la fonction \\Profil recherché\\ \* Titulaire d'un CFC d'agent d'exploitation, option voirie, ou d'un métier du bâtiment et disposer d'une expérience d'au minimum 10 ans. \* Compétences avérées en gestion d'équipe et dans la coordination de projets. \* Expérience pratique confirmée en rapport avec les exigences du poste. \* Personnalité proactive, orientée solution, rigoureuse \* Permis de conduire catégorie B exigée \* Maîtrise des outils informatiques exigée \* Sens du service public \* Aisance rédactionnelle \* Disponibilité et flexibilité (présence parfois requise le weekend et/ou en soirée) \\Entrée en service\\ 1er janvier 2027 ou à convenir Nous offrons un environnement de travail dynamique ainsi que des conditions d'emploi attractives et modernes, \\Renseignements\\ M.
