About the Opportunity

Community Talent Partners is inviting board-certified and board-eligible physicians and anesthesiology professionals to join our New York State Physician & Anesthesiology Talent Pool.

We partner with leading hospitals, academic medical centers, and regional health systems throughout New York to connect talented clinicians with rewarding practice opportunities — including both urban and community-based hospitals offering competitive compensation, sign-on incentives, and relocation support.

This talent pool enables qualified candidates to be considered for multiple openings as they arise, without needing to apply to each posting individually.

Practice Areas Include:

  • General Anesthesiology (Bread & Butter, Ortho, OB, Urology)
  • Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Primary Care
  • Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist Services
  • Surgical and Critical Care Anesthesiology
  • Outpatient and Ambulatory Anesthesia Settings

Minimum Qualifications:

✅ Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school ✅ Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Anesthesiology or relevant specialty ✅ Minimum 2 years of independent post-residency practice (fellowship experience may count) ✅ Current or eligibility for New York State medical license ✅ Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology or related specialty board ✅ Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fellowship training in Anesthesiology or Pain Management
  • Active DEA license
  • Experience in academic or teaching hospital environments
  • Interest in leadership, mentoring, or research
