🎯 Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Toezicht houden op alle operationele activiteiten van de cateringunit: menuplanning, bevoorrading, voorraadbeheer, voedselproductie en afvalbeheer.
  • Bijdragen aan de creatie van nieuwe gerechten en verbetering van bestaande recepten door innovatieve ideeën aan te dragen en samen te werken met het team.
  • Collega’s rekruteren, begeleiden en motiveren, en zorgen voor een samenwerkende, respectvolle en excellente werkomgeving.
  • De kwaliteit van producten en bereide gerechten controleren, zodat ze voldoen aan de normen voor versheid, smaak en presentatie.
  • Communiceren met de klant om hun behoeften en voorkeuren te begrijpen, persoonlijke service te bieden en adequaat te reageren op opmerkingen of vragen.
  • Hygiëneprocedures en milieunormen strikt naleven in de keuken en directe omgeving.

🍴 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring in restaurantmanagement, bij voorkeur in collectieve catering.
  • Je beschikt over teammanagementvaardigheden en kan een presterend team motiveren en ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent passievol over koken en hebt gevorderde culinaire vaardigheden.
  • Je bent creatief in het voorstellen van je menu en de uitwerking ervan, ook voor vegetarische opties.
  • Je kunt effectief werken in een drukke en dynamische omgeving.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en onderhoudt hoge hygiëne- en netheidsnormen.
  • Je werkt graag in een team en hebt uitstekende communicatie, flexibiliteit en motivatie.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met IT-tools.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans.
