Other key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring upcoming IPO and lockup release events and maintaining awareness of the issuer pipeline.

  • Providing status updates and confirmations throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Delivering a high-quality client experience while acting as a trusted advisor during sensitive and time-critical transactions.

  • Experience working with legal, regulatory, financial, securities, or compliance-related documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and time-sensitive activities simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with issuers, issuer counsel, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
