Werken met je handen en een mooi product van staal maken? Start dan als Constructiewerker bij Comtest.

Wat is dit mooie product? Speciale deuren, kozijnen en andere metalen onderdelen voor testkamers. Deze producten komen terecht in testkamers en afgeschermde ruimtes voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Verdien tot € 3.025,-.

Dit ga je doen

Als Constructiewerker help jij mee met het maken van deze producten. Dit doe je aan de hand van een werkopdracht, tekeningen en een duidelijke uitleg van een leidinggevende of collega. Soms zijn producten klein en overzichtelijk en een andere keer werk je aan grote deuren van meerdere meters. Hierdoor is de doorlooptijd van je werkstuk een week of een paar weken. Geen dag is helemaal hetzelfde. De ene keer werk je aan een deur of kozijn. De andere keer assembleer je onderdelen of help je mee aan een groter project.

Dit werk doe je niet alleen, maar in een vaste ploeg van ervaren collega’s. Zij leren je het werk stap voor stap. Je hoeft dus niet alles al te kunnen. Het belangrijkste is dat je handig bent, netjes werkt en technische tekeningen kan of wil leren lezen. Al ervaring met lassen of metaalbewerking? Dat is mooi meegenomen! Je krijgt de tijd om het vak goed te leren. Veel kennis doe je bij Comtest in de praktijk op. Na een goede inwerkperiode kun je steeds zelfstandiger werken. Je denkt mee over hoe het werk beter of slimmer kan en bespreekt dit met je leidinggevende.

Dit krijg jij:

  • Een salaris binnen de range € 2.857,- tot € 3.250,- bruto op basis van een fulltime dienstverband) passend bij jouw ervaring en kennis;
  • Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Metaalbewerkingsbedrijf;
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband;
  • Een uitstekende pensioenregeling bij PMT;
  • Werken met goed gereedschap en duidelijke werkopdrachten;
  • Een vaste ploeg collega’s die elkaar helpt.

Dit ben jij:

Werkervaring is een enorme pre, maar inzet en enthousiasme voor een technische functie is misschien wel belangrijker! Als jij twee rechterhanden hebt, leren wij jou het vak!

  • Mbo werk- en denkniveau bij voorkeur in een technische richting;
  • Ervaring met metaalbewerking, constructiewerk of sleutelen;
  • Je kunt MIG/MAG lassen en technische tekeningen lezen of wilt dit leren;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands.
  • VCA-basis is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een hijscertificaat en/of heftruckcertificaat is handig, maar geen must.
