Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Innendienst. Deine Hauptaufgabe ist die Betreuung von Kunden, Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams sowie administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten.

Du trägst durch Dein Engagement und Deine Leistungsorientierung zu unserem Erfolg bei. Wir bieten Dir eine interessante, verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem hoch motivierten Team mit großem Entwicklungspotenzial.

  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, verkaufsorientiert, begeisterungsfähig, teamfähig und überzeugend
  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (bevorzugt im IT-Bereich, z.B. IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau oder Informatikkaufmann/-frau)
  • Interesse an innovativen Themen (z.B. Storage-, Servervirtualisierung, Netzwerk, Security, KI und mehr)
  • Gute Englisch- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse setzen wir voraus
  • Beratung der Kunden bei der Produktauswahl aus unserem breiten Portfolio
  • Selbstständige Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Gemeinsamer Ausbau und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie die Neukundengewinnung mit Nutzung sämtlicher Kontaktwege (persönlich, telefonisch und per E-Mail)
  • Projektmeldung, Erstellung und Kalkulation von Angeboten
  • Laufende Kontrolle der Angebotssituation
  • Informationsaustausch zwischen unseren internen Abteilungen sowie zu unseren Herstellern
  • Erstellen der technischen Konfiguration unter Nutzung der Hersteller-Tools und in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Spezialisten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Preiskalkulationen
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Auftragsprozessen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
