You will act as a connector between cross-functional teams and a diverse ecosystem of partners, ensuring that complex trust and safety challenges are translated into tangible, collaborative projects that deliver measurable impact. This is a highly cross-functional, strategic role that blends partnership development, program design, and operational execution.

  • Remain up to date on relevant industry issues that may impact strategic areas of focus.
  • Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly goals are met; support tracking budgets; regularly evaluate/ report qualitative and quantitative impact metrics to Trust Partnerships managers.
  • Work cross-functionally across client teams including Community Support, Public Policy, Communications, and others, to align strategy with broader company objectives and ensure procedures exist to optimize ways of working together to execute effectively and efficiently.
  • Be creative and strategic when it comes to partnerships and how they can differentiate our client’s work in an innovative way.
  • This position requires up to 20% travel

  • Proven experience navigating differing operating models—balancing the pace and priorities of a technology environment with the values, constraints, and stakeholder dynamics of nonprofit partners
  • Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis with well-developed and thoughtful business judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to be highly productive and solution-oriented while managing ambiguity in a dynamic organization by being effective and impactful in your day-to-day operations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
