DU FREUST DICH AUF:

  • Aktive Mitarbeit in unseren Projektteams bei Unternehmenssteuerungs-, M&A- und Restrukturierungs-Projekten am Standort und bei Bedarf beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Übernahme operativer Aufgaben bei der Beurteilung der wirtschaftlichen Situation (Analysen von GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow) von Unternehmen
  • Erstellung und Plausibilisierung von integrierten Planungen (GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow)
  • Plausibilisierung/ Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Sparten- und Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen
  • Konzeption von Reportingsystemen und -strukturen für verschiedene Stakeholder
  • Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Durchführung von monatlichen/quartalsweisen Reportingprozessen
  • Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Implementierung und Umsetzung von regelmäßigen Planungs- und Forecastprozessen
  • Einrichtung, Customizing und Schulung von Reporting-, Planungs- und Steuerungstools (aktuell LucaNet und PowerBI)
  • Unterstützung von Private Equity Gesellschaftern und deren Beteiligungen bei der Transformation von familiengeführten Unternehmen hin zu „kapitalmarktfähigen“ Unternehmen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise Betriebswirtschaft oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, im Rechnungswesen/ Controlling in der Industrie oder in der Beratung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Accounting, integrierte Finanzplanung, Controlling und Konsolidierung
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Finanztools wie LucaNet, Corporate Planner, SAP, DATEV
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und ein hohes Maß an analytischen Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist.
