Ben jij een ambitieuze accountmanager die energie krijgt van het opbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties? Bij 4net zoeken we een accountmanager die niet alleen kansen ziet, maar ze ook weet te benutten. Je verdiept je in de vraag achter de vraag en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar strategische digitale oplossingen.

Als accountmanager ben je de verbindende factor tussen onze klanten en onze interne teams. Je werkt nauw samen met designers, developers, marketeers, consultants en projectmanagers om de wensen van klanten te vertalen naar sterke strategieën, positioneringen en online platformen.

Je adviseert klanten bij digitale vraagstukken, begeleidt projecten en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Daarnaast onderhoud je bestaande klantrelaties en herken je nieuwe kansen bij prospects. Zo draag je actief bij aan de groei van zowel onze klanten als Nexwork.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Adviseren van klanten over digitale strategie, positionering en online oplossingen
  • Signaleren van nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied
  • Coördineren en begeleiden van projecten, trajecten en klantrelaties
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en klantvragen
  • Onderhouden en versterken van klantrelaties via periodieke overleggen
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen bij bestaande klanten en prospects

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau met affiniteit voor IT en digitale dienstverlening
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de bureauwereld
  • Ervaring met adviserende klantrollen en het bouwen van partnerships
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
  • Kennis van Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Waterval of vergelijkbare methodieken
  • Certificeringen zoals Prince2, MSP of IPMA
