Vanuit de afdeling mybrand Software Solutions (SoSo) ondersteunen wij SAP-klanten met hun SAP-licenties, verkopen wij SAP-licenties (resell) en managen wij het partnership dat we hebben met SAP. SoSo is een afdeling die de laatste jaren sterk is gegroeid. Door onze groei staan de processen onder druk.

De opdracht

Wij willen een inventarisatie hebben van onze processen in combinatie met een verbeterplan. De verdieping die wij zoeken is waar waarde wordt toegevoegd en met jouw advies kunnen wij een verbeterslag maken. Dit met het doel dat onze afdeling datgene kan (blijven) doen waar zij het meeste waarde toevoegt en werkzaamheden anders worden georganiseerd.

Deze opdracht biedt volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief en invulling. Samen bepalen we de exacte focus, zodat deze aansluit bij jouw interesses en leerdoelen. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de kans om met jouw analyses en verbeteradviezen daadwerkelijk impact te maken op onze processen en de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

Wij zoeken een afstudeerder die zich wil verdiepen in onze organisatie en bijbehorende processen. Hoewel we een kleine afdeling vormen (2 personen) werken wij samen met een groot aantal mensen binnen en buiten de organisatie en hebben we een groot aantal processen die relevant zijn voor de gehele organisatie. Schriftelijke (e-mail) en mondelinge communicatie (telefoon, Teams) zijn daarbij belangrijk. Ook zijn wij benieuwd of en hoe AI-toepassing ons verder kunnen helpen in onze dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Wij vinden het van belang dat je leergierig bent en zin hebt om ons verder te helpen. Je krijgt daarbij de kans om heel zelfstandig te werk te gaan en je kunt natuurlijk rekenen op een vast aanspreekpunt en support tijdens je stage. Bij wederzijds welbevinden zouden wij het fijn vinden om je na je stage een dienstverband aan te bieden. Dus als je na je stage zin hebt om gelijk te gaan werken is dat een pré.
