Bij Netvlies zoeken we een Agile Projectmanager die overzicht houdt, mensen verbindt en zorgt dat klantprojecten goed lopen. Je bewaakt afspraken, planning en budget, maar kijkt ook vooruit: wat heeft de klant nodig en wat is ervoor nodig om het team succesvol te laten zijn?

Wat ga je doen

  • Je bewaakt scope, planning, budget, uren en resources.
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor klanten, teams en samenwerkingspartners.
  • Je signaleert risico’s en zorgt dat projecten op koers blijven.
  • Je herkent kansen bij klanten en pakt deze zelfstandig of samen met Business Development op.
  • Je zorgt dat de juiste mensen en expertise op het juiste moment betrokken zijn.
  • Je begeleidt teams in agile werken en helpt onze werkwijze continu te verbeteren.

Je geeft teams de ruimte, maar weet wanneer je moet bijsturen. Daarbij communiceer je helder en proactief met klant en team.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als projectmanager binnen een digital agency of vergelijkbare digitale omgeving.
  • Ervaring met Agile en Scrum.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in planning, budget- en projectbeheersing.
  • Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Affiniteit met digitale platformen en softwareontwikkeling.
  • Een proactieve houding en gevoel voor commerciële kansen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands op C1 niveau.
