Als Business Consultant Leiderschap bij Conclusion Consulting werk je aan opdrachten die bijdragen aan organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschapsgroei en teamdynamiek. Jij helpt mee om visie en gedrag met elkaar te verbinden. Je maakt impact door:

  • Jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een breed inzetbare business consultant door rollen in te vullen die bijdragen aan de uitdagingen van onze klanten;
  • (Deel)projecten zelfstandig op te pakken en hierin initiatief te tonen;
  • Leiderschapstrajecten en verandervraagstukken te ondersteunen, zowel inhoudelijk als organisatorisch.

Hoe dit er concreet uitziet

  • Je werkt bij klanten aan opdrachten zoals PMO, Business Analist, Verandermanager of Projectondersteuner – kortom, alles wat jou helpt om uit te groeien tot een breed inzetbare TOP-consultant
  • Het ondersteunen van trajecten waarin leiderschap en gedrag centraal staan;
  • Het helpen vormgeven en uitvoeren van organisatieanalyses die bedrijven verder brengt.

Je sluit je aan bij het team Leiderschap binnen Conclusion Consulting. Samen of zelfstandig werk je aan projecten waarin je leert, groeit en actief bijdraagt aan veranderingen die er écht toe doen. We geloven in eigenaarschap: je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid én begeleiding van ervaren collega’s.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

Als Business Consultant Leiderschap ben je nieuwsgierig, zelfstandig waar het kan en leergierig waar het nodig is. Je houdt van samenwerken, denkt mee met je klant en staat stevig in je communicatie. Jij brengt:

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Bedrijfskunde of Verandermanagement;
  • Twee jaar werkervaring binnen consultancy of een verandergerichte rol;
  • Een analytische houding waarmee je naar grondoorzaken kunt graven en organisatieanalyses kunt uitvoeren;
  • Affiniteit met leiderschap, strategie executie en organisatieverandering;
  • Je voelt je thuis in een breed palet aan opdrachten en vindt het leuk om bij verschillende klanten impact te maken;
  • Een open vizier op het klantvraagstuk en breder durft te kijken dan de gegeven informatie;
  • Een scherpe blik op gedrag en samenwerking, en een open houding naar leren;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
