Als Business Manager bij HotITem Conclusion ben jij de strategische sparringpartner voor het hoger management van onze klanten. Je weet nieuwe relaties te leggen, deuren te openen en inhoudelijke gesprekken te voeren over performancevraagstukken en weet deze te vertalen naar concrete Data & AI-gedreven verbeterinitiatieven. Je doorgrondt snel waar het bij de klant écht om draait en verrast met jouw kennis, visie en commerciële slagkracht.

Je initieert en ontwikkelt commerciële kansen: van het openen van nieuwe deuren tot het uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties. Samen met onze Business Consultants en Data & AI-experts ontwikkel je impactvolle projecten die aantoonbare businesswaarde opleveren. Jij slaat de brug tussen business en IT, overziet het geheel, verbindt inhoud met commercie en weet kansen om te zetten in succesvolle opdrachten.

Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de verdere uitbouw van de propositie en commerciële strategie van Conclusion Intelligence. Je werkt in een hecht en ambitieus salesteam en bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de omzet en winstgevendheid van de organisatie. New business geeft je energie, maar ook het verdiepen en versterken van bestaande klantrelaties past bij jou.

Succes in deze rol betekent: duurzame klantrelaties ontwikkelen, de crux bij de klant weten te achterhalen, effectief samenwerken (intern en met de klant) en onderscheidende proposities en projecten initiëren die organisaties aantoonbaar beter laten presteren.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau
  • Gedegen ervaring met sales van projecten binnen IT of consultancy
  • Ervaring met Data & AI gerelateerde domeinen zoals Performance Improvement, Analytics, Business Intelligence, (big) data-oplossingen, transformaties én AI-implementaties
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met consultative selling en advisering op MT- en directieniveau
  • Een bewezen trackrecord in relatiebeheer én new business
  • Bij voorkeur kennis van een specifieke branche met een relevant netwerk
  • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse (op C2 niveau) en Engelse (op B2 niveau) taal.
