Als Customer Architect bij Conclusion Enablement ben je dé strategische partner voor onze klanten. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert technologische roadmaps die naadloos aansluiten op hun bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Hierbij balanceer je scherp tussen de wensen van de klant en de commerciële belangen van Conclusion.

Je beschikt over een brede technische bagage waardoor je op hoog niveau kunt sparren, maar je verliest je niet in de details; de concrete invulling laat je over aan de specialistische teams binnen het Conclusion-ecosysteem. Je bent proactief, neemt eigenaarschap en weet als netwerker feilloos je weg te vinden in (middel)grote organisaties om resultaten te boeken – ook als je daarvoor afhankelijk bent van anderen.

  • Je vertaalt de businessdoelstellingen van de klant naar technologische roadmaps, waarbij je proactief commerciële kansen (zoals upsell- en cross-sell mogelijkheden) identificeert en verzilvert voor Conclusion.
  • Je acteert als de brug tussen de klant en onze interne organisatie. Met jouw brede IT-kennis leg je het fundament;
  • Je stuurt op resultaat en zorgt dat het eindresultaat op tijd en volgens de eisen van zowel de klant als Conclusion wordt opgeleverd.
  • Je presenteert oplossingen en roadmaps op een overtuigende wijze aan klanten en stakeholders op operationeel én strategisch niveau.
  • Je maakt onderdeel uit van een vast klantteam dat, onder regie van de Customer Delivery Manager, bestaat uit een Service Delivery Manager en een Customer Engineer.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma en hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke, klantgerichte architect-rol binnen de IT-dienstverlening.
  • Je bent een volwaardig gesprekspartner op directieniveau. Je luistert scherp naar de werkelijke behoefte, toont organisatiesensitiviteit en durft de klant constructief uit te dagen om tot de beste strategische keuzes te komen.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor business value. Je snapt hoe een IT-landschap bijdraagt aan de winstgevendheid van de klant én die van Conclusion.
  • Je weet hoe (middel)grote organisaties werken, doorziet politieke verhoudingen en krijgt zaken soepel voor elkaar in een matrixomgeving.
  • Je hebt een helikopterview over IT-infrastructuur (zoals cloud, workspace en security).
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, proactief en neemt van nature de lead om doelstellingen te behalen..

  • Een salaris tussen de €6.000 en €7.000, - bruto per maand, op basis van jouw ervaring;
