Voor deze rol zoeken we geen klassieke project manager, maar een business consultant met uitmuntende project manager vaardigheden. Breng jij structuur waar anderen overzicht verliezen? Hoe dit er concreet uitziet:

  • Als project manager werk je aan complexe trajecten binnen grote organisaties. Denk aan ERP implementaties, het digitaal transformeren van werkplekken of organisatiebrede verbeterprogramma’s;
  • Jij overziet snel de situatie, brengt focus aan en vertaalt ambitie naar een concrete aanpak en roadmap;
  • Je kunt de rol als project manager vervullen bij zowel onze organisatie Conclusion als bij de klant;
  • Je werkt intensief samen met consultants en specialisten uit ons ecosysteem, van IT architecten en data experts tot change consultants en leveranciers;
  • Jij zorgt dat alles en iedereen samenkomt en effectief samenwerkt. Jouw echte kracht zit in hoe je het doet;
  • Je brengt rust in dynamiek, maakt complexe vraagstukken begrijpelijk en vertaalt die naar concrete acties. Zo realiseer je niet alleen resultaat, maar ook duurzame verandering.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Bedrijfskunde of Organisatiewetenschappen;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als project manager binnen complexe organisaties;
  • Ervaring met het opzetten en aansturen van project- en programmastructuren (governance, roadmap, stakeholdermanagement);
  • Affiniteit met IT en digitale transformatie (ERP-kennis is een pre);
  • Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en het schakelen met verschillende managementniveaus;
  • Sterke commerciële vaardigheden en ervaring met consultative selling;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
