Functieomschrijving:

Als Medior Java Developer bij First8 Conclusion werk je in een projectteam aan vaak langdurige projecten, afhankelijk van de omvang van het project. Samen bouwen we aan vindingrijke, efficiënte en duurzame software-oplossingen die de klant verrassen. Tijdens deze projecten werk je deels op ons kantoor met je team, bij de klant of vanuit huis. Dit stemmen we graag af op jouw behoeften, waarbij flexibel werken uiteraard mogelijk is.

Ook krijg je bij ons de kans om tijdens werktijd bij te dragen aan een Open Source-project van jouw keuze. Je groeit bij ons niet alleen professioneel, maar ook persoonlijk. We ondersteunen elkaar en middels je persoonlijke ontwikkelplan zetten we in op duurzame groei. Zo kom je vooruit in je carrière.

We organiseren maandelijks de First8 Conclusion Academy, vanuit ons kantoor in Nijmegen of Nieuwegein. Hier staat kennis delen en vooral plezier voorop! Jouw vaardigheden:

Met meer dan 4 jaar werkervaring ben jij een doorgewinterde Java Developer. Kennis delen en sparren doe je graag. Bij First8 Conclusion delen we die kracht en worden we samen iedere dag weer wat slimmer.

Je zoekt afwisseling omdat je betrokken wilt zijn bij diverse (duurzame) klantprojecten en zo het verschil kunt maken. We streven er altijd naar om opdrachten te vinden die zoveel mogelijk aansluiten bij jouw interessegebieden en persoonlijke wensen.

  • HBO-diploma in de richting van informatica of vergelijkbaar.
  • Werkervaring: 5+ jaar
  • Dit zijn geen harde eisen (behalve Java), maar je kunt denken aan: Angular,VueJS, Javascript, Spring (Boot), Docker, Kubernetes, Databases, Microservices, Data processing, REST, Security.
  • Jij kunt je goed verstaanbaar maken in het Nederlands.

Wat krijg je van ons:

  • Brutosalaris variërend van €3.700,- tot €5.000,- (op basis van 40 uur per week) afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ons assessment;
  • Een laptop (onmisbaar), een bureau en bureaustoel naar keuze ter beschikking voor jouw thuiskantoor (t.w.v. €550,-);
  • Maandelijkse internetvergoeding (€35,-) en thuiswerkvergoeding (€19,-);
  • De keuze tussen een leaseauto of een mobiliteitsvergoeding. Vanaf 1-1-24 leasen wij uitsluitend elektrische auto's;
  • Een pensioenregeling en deelname aan een collectieve zorgverzekering;
  • Jaarlijks budget van €3.500,- voor trainingen en opleidingen, evenals vijf studiedagen;
  • NLJUG-lidmaatschap ter waarde van €59,50 per jaar en een vitaliteitsbudget t.w.v. €25,- per maand.
