Ben jij een ervaren projectmanager met een passie voor IT-infrastructuur én oog voor klantbeleving? Bij Conclusion Enablement leid je complexe IT-projecten die onze klanten helpen te moderniseren en te innoveren. Van cloudtransities en datacentermigraties tot werkplek- en securityprojecten – jij zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, samenwerking en hospitality. Tegelijk draag je bij aan het verder professionaliseren van onze projectmanagementorganisatie.

  • Leiden van IT-infrastructuurprojecten, zoals cloudmigraties, security-implementaties en workplace-oplossingen
  • Bewaken van scope, planning, budget en kwaliteit binnen projecten
  • Aansturen en coachen van projectteams, met aandacht voor samenwerking en klantgerichtheid
  • Proactief stakeholdermanagement, waarbij je zorgt voor transparante communicatie en een optimale klantervaring
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en bijdragen aan strategische initiatieven en professionalisering

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als IT-projectmanager in infrastructuurprojecten
  • Ervaring met budgetbewaking en financieel management binnen projecten
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een duidelijke service- en klantgerichte mindset
  • Kennis van projectmethodieken zoals PRINCE2, IPMA en Agile
  • Vermogen om structuur, kwaliteit én een cultuur van professionaliteit en hospitality te versterken

  • 1 maandsalaris bonus;
