Jij bent de trusted advisor die klanten begeleidt bij het optimaliseren en doorontwikkelen van hun payroll-processen. Met jouw kennis van SAP Payroll en SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll vertaal je klantbehoeften naar slimme oplossingen en draag je bij aan betrouwbare, efficiënte salarisverwerking.

  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij implementaties, migraties en het beheer van bestaande payroll-systemen
  • Je analyseert processen, configureert systemen, voert tests uit en begeleidt gebruikers bij veranderingen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, projectteams en collega’s en speelt een actieve rol in coördinerende taken zoals Klantcoördinator

Hoe dit er concreet uitziet

Als SAP / SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant (medior/senior) werk je voor een breed scala aan organisaties, van middelgrote bedrijven tot multinationals en de publieke sector. Je ondersteunt klanten bij het inrichten en optimaliseren van payroll-processen, lost incidenten op en adviseert over verbeteringen. Je draagt bij aan kennisdeling binnen myBrand Conclusion en hebt de mogelijkheid om je verder te specialiseren met trainingen en certificeringen.

Dit ga je doen

  • Je begeleidt klanten bij het optimaliseren en doorontwikkelen van payroll-processen
  • Je configureert SAP Payroll- en SuccessFactors-systemen en voert testen uit
  • Je adviseert over procesverbeteringen en implementeert innovatieve oplossingen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, stakeholders en collega’s
  • Je neemt eventueel een coördinerende rol op als Klantcoördinator

Je bent analytisch, proactief en een natuurlijke verbinder tussen business en IT. Je communiceert helder op elk niveau en weet complexe payroll-vraagstukken inzichtelijk te maken. Je werkt graag in een dynamische, klantgerichte en innovatieve omgeving samen met collega’s die net zo gemotiveerd zijn als jij.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring met SAP Payroll of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  • Kennis van wet- en regelgeving, salarisprocessen en HR-administratie
  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring met het vertalen van bedrijfsbehoeften naar SAP-functionele payroll-oplossingen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht op alle niveaus
  • Proactieve, resultaatgerichte en klantgerichte instelling
  • Bereidheid om hybride te werken en bij klanten op locatie aanwezig te zijn
