Als Scrum Master binnen 4net heb jij verschillende multidisciplinaire teams onder je hoede en ben jij verantwoordelijk om samen met deze teams de meeste waarde te leveren voor onze klanten. Dagelijks coach en ondersteun jij het team in het agile werkproces en schakel je veel met klanten en de Project Managers. Jouw missie is het zo zelf-organiserend mogelijk maken van de teams en klant en ze te motiveren de sprintdoelen te halen.

Als Scrum Master bij 4net werk je met meerdere multidisciplinaire teams en help je hen om maximaal resultaat te behalen. Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter het agile werkproces: je faciliteert, coacht en elimineert obstakels. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, Product Owners en Project Managers en zorgt ervoor dat de wensen van de klant helder en uitvoerbaar worden.

Je bewaakt de voortgang, analyseert teamperformance en rapporteert hierover aan stakeholders. Met jouw inzicht en coaching zorg je ervoor dat teams steeds beter worden en sprints effectief worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere Scrum Masters en Project Managers om de teams optimaal in te zetten op projecten.

Concreet betekent dit dat jij:

  • Je teams coacht in het agile werkproces en hen helpt sprintdoelen te behalen;
  • De klant begeleidt en betrekt bij het proces;
  • Belemmeringen signaleert en oplost, of escalaties waar nodig doorzet;
  • Samen met de andere Scrum Masters en Project Managers de teams optimaal inzet;
  • Sprint rapportages verzorgt en inzichten deelt met stakeholders;
  • Continu de prestaties van teams verbetert en efficiëntie stimuleert.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

We zoeken een ervaren Scrum Master die teams en klanten begeleidt in het agile werkproces en zorgt voor een optimale samenwerking. Dit breng jij mee:

  • Je kent Agile en Scrum door en door en past deze kennis enthousiast toe binnen onze teams.
  • Je motiveert en daagt collega’s uit, met oog voor hun motivatie en ontwikkeling.
  • Je signaleert en voorkomt belemmeringen voor het team.
  • Je hebt een hbo werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Scrum Master.
  • Je hebt ervaring met tools zoals Azure DevOps, Jira en Excel.
  • Je hebt ervaring met projecten aan de bureauzijde.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Product Owners om klantverwachtingen te monitoren en af te stemmen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en hebt een passie voor efficiëntie.
