In deze rol neem je de leiding over diverse uitdagende opdrachten. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in hechte, energieke teams waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Samen met collega’s duik je in de vraagstukken van onze klanten, ontdek je de kern en implementeer je doelgericht verbeterinitiatieven. Daarnaast coach je je collega’s en deel je jouw strategische inzichten, zodat iedereen optimaal kan groeien. Zo:

  • Vertaal je complexe klantbehoeften naar concrete, inspirerende acties;
  • Breng je gespecialiseerde methodieken in om impact zichtbaar te maken.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

Als Senior Business Consultant Procesoptimalisatie stuur je organisaties vooruit en overtuig je stakeholders met jouw expertise en leiderschap. Om dit te realiseren, breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Bedrijfskunde of Organisatiewetenschappen;
  • Circa zeven jaar werkervaring, grotendeels binnen de consultancy;
  • Enthousiasme voor IT en datagedreven werken;
  • Vaardigheid in het moeiteloos toepassen van Lean en Agile-methodieken;
  • Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en het schakelen met verschillende managementniveaus;
  • Sterke commerciële vaardigheden en ervaring met consultative selling;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
