De toekomst van softwareontwikkeling is AI-gedreven. Bij Conclusion Enablement zoeken we een Senior Software Developer (AI) die moderne cloud-native oplossingen bouwt én AI slim inzet om sneller, beter en meer schaalbare software te ontwikkelen. Je combineert diepgaande engineering-expertise met een innovatieve mindset en neemt eigenaarschap van ontwerp tot productie. Daarbij ben je niet alleen een sterke developer, maar ook een sparringpartner voor klanten en collega's.

  • Ontwerpen, bouwen en beheren van schaalbare cloud-native oplossingen op AWS en/of Azure, van architecture design tot productie.
  • Inzetten van agentic AI-tooling en AI-assisted development om ontwikkelprocessen te versnellen en softwarekwaliteit te verhogen.
  • Ontwikkelen van moderne softwarearchitecturen zoals microservices, event-driven systemen, API-first platformen en serverless oplossingen.
  • Integreren van LLM's, AI-agents en RAG-oplossingen in nieuwe en bestaande applicaties om klantwaarde te creëren.
  • Opzetten van CI/CD-processen, Infrastructure-as-Code, observability en security-by-design als integraal onderdeel van de oplossing.
  • Fungeren als technisch sparringpartner voor architecten, product owners, klanten en teamgenoten en bijdragen aan technische standaarden en best practices.
  • Werken volgens het principe "you build it, you run it, you own it" en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de volledige software lifecycle.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

  • Een ervaren software engineer met minimaal 6 jaar ervaring in full stack softwareontwikkeling en een sterke cloud-native achtergrond.
  • Iemand met aantoonbare ervaring op AWS en/of Azure, inclusief moderne architecturen, serverless computing, containers en Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Een developer die AI-tools zoals Cursor, Claude Code, Amazon Q of vergelijkbare oplossingen actief inzet in zijn of haar dagelijkse ontwikkelwerk.
  • Ervaring met AI-integraties, LLM-platformen, agentic workflows, prompt engineering en RAG-oplossingen is een sterke pré.
  • Een technisch sterke professional die softwarekwaliteit, security, performance en maintainability altijd vooropstelt.
  • Een natuurlijke leider die collega's inspireert, kennis deelt en vertrouwen opbouwt bij klanten en stakeholders.
  • Een ondernemende professional met klantfocus, eigenaarschap en de ambitie om langdurige relaties op te bouwen en mee te groeien met onze organisatie.

  • Een salaris tussen de €6.000 en €7.000, - bruto per maand, op basis van jouw ervaring;
