Als SAP SuccessFactors Consultant bij myBrand Conclusion help je klanten hun HR-processen te optimaliseren en implementeer je oplossingen die daadwerkelijk waarde toevoegen. Je werkt voor toonaangevende organisaties zoals Mammoet, Buitenlandse Zaken en Refresco en draagt bij aan wereldwijde SuccessFactors-uitrolprojecten. Je bent onderdeel van een ervaren team en werkt zowel op kantoor, hybride als bij de klant op locatie.

  • Implementeren, configureren en onderhouden van SAP SuccessFactors-oplossingen.
  • Adviseren van klanten over HR-processen en verbeteringen.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s en klanten om processen soepel en efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Deelname aan wereldwijde SuccessFactors-projecten voor uiteenlopende organisaties.
  • Mogelijkheid om SAP-certificeringen te behalen en kennis continu te ontwikkelen

Je werkt in een team van 45 collega’s, waarvan 25 zich dagelijks bezighouden met SAP SuccessFactors. Je ondersteunt klanten bij het optimaliseren van HR-processen, zorgt voor een professionele medewerkerreis en bouwt langdurige klantrelaties op. Je adviseert over wet- en regelgeving, technologie en HR-trends, en staat nooit alleen doordat je altijd kunt terugvallen op je team en collega’s.

Dit ga je doen:

  • SuccessFactors-oplossingen implementeren, configureren en onderhouden.
  • Klanten adviseren over HR-processen en optimale inrichting van SuccessFactors.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s en klantteams om waardevolle resultaten te leveren.
  • Bijdragen aan de professionele ontwikkeling van jezelf en je collega’s.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties.

Je hebt kennis van HR-processen en SAP SuccessFactors, bent analytisch en communicatief sterk. Je bent in staat klantbehoeften te doorgronden en vertaalt deze naar praktische oplossingen. Je bent proactief, zelfstandig, flexibel inzetbaar en kunt omgaan met weerstand bij verandertrajecten.
