Atividades desempenhadas:

Apuração de tributos federais de empresas enquadradas no regime de Lucro Real, incluindo IRPJ, CSLL, PIS e COFINS, com análise das bases de cálculo, aproveitamento de créditos e aplicação da legislação tributária vigente.

Elaboração, validação e transmissão de obrigações acessórias federais, incluindo:

MIT (Módulo de Inclusão de Tributos);

EFD-Contribuições;

EFD-Reinf;

ECD (Escrituração Contábil Digital);

ECF (Escrituração Contábil Fiscal);

DEFIS (Declaração de Informações Socioeconômicas e Fiscais).

Validação dos fechamentos contábeis mensais, realizando análises das contas patrimoniais e de resultado, conferência de saldos e identificação de possíveis divergências.

Elaboração e encerramento das demonstrações contábeis, incluindo Balanço Patrimonial, Demonstração do Resultado do Exercício (DRE), Demonstração do Fluxo de Caixa (DFC) e relatórios gerenciais.

Análise das movimentações contábeis, identificação de inconsistências, realização de ajustes e acompanhamento dos procedimentos necessários para assegurar a qualidade e confiabilidade das informações financeiras.

Atendimento consultivo aos clientes, prestando suporte em demandas contábeis, fiscais e tributárias, esclarecendo dúvidas e orientando quanto aos procedimentos aplicáveis.

Participação em reuniões de integração de novos clientes, realizando alinhamentos sobre processos contábeis, rotinas operacionais, responsabilidades, fluxos de informações e procedimentos necessários para o início do atendimento.

Interface com as áreas fiscal, financeira e societária, garantindo o alinhamento das informações, cumprimento de obrigações legais e atendimento aos prazos estabelecidos.

Acompanhamento da legislação contábil e tributária, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos, redução de riscos e maior segurança nas entregas realizadas.
