A Seteco, consultoria contábil com mais de 50 anos de referência no mercado, busca um(a) Analista Contábil para atuar em nossa unidade na Vila Mariana São Paulo. Procuramos um(a) profissional consultivo, responsável e analítico, para realizar conciliações contábeis, análise de balancetes e elaboração de obrigações acessórias. Responsabilidades: Realizar conciliação de contas contábeis, em geral de empresas menos complexas, analisando os dados registrados, identificando e solucionando eventuais pendências para permitir a conclusão do balanço por parte de consultores. Fazer análise final do balancete, após as correções pendentes, por grupos, para a apuração do resultado final do período e determinação de situações de lucro ou prejuízos, além de relatórios gerenciais. Fazer a conciliação das folhas de pagamentos dos clientes, checando adiantamentos salariais, 13º-Salário, férias, quitações finais etc. Comparar documentos financeiros dos clientes com relatórios internos com o objetivo de validar a documentação. Conferir folhas de pagamentos quando elaboradas pelos próprios clientes, analisando sua composição, lançamentos e valores, com o objetivo de validar as informações. Conciliar e analisar as receitas, faturamentos, entrada e saída de mercadorias, com base nos relatórios do depto. fiscal e de acordo com o segmento (serviços, comércio ou indústria), com o objetivo de apurar eventuais impostos incidentes. Fazer fechamento fiscal das obrigações PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ICMS, IPI, entre outros. Elaborar as obrigações acessórias anuais: SPED, ECF, DEFIS, DEC INATIVIDADE. Auxiliar na coordenação de análises críticas de processos, apontando eventuais não conformidades (RNCA) com vistas a melhorar continuamente a eficiência e qualidade dos processos e eliminação das causas dos reprocessamentos.
