É o(a) profissional responsável por estabelecer contato telefônico com clientes e potenciais clientes, tanto para oferecer produtos/serviços (ativo) quanto para atender às suas demandas, dúvidas e solicitações (receptivo). Sua principal função é garantir a satisfação do cliente, a prospecção de novos negócios e a fidelização, contribuindo diretamente para os resultados da empresa.

  • Operação Ativa (Outbound):
  • Realizar chamadas telefônicas para prospects (potenciais clientes) e clientes, apresentando produtos, serviços, promoções e ofertas.
  • Prospectar novos clientes, qualificando leads e identificando oportunidades de negócio.
  • Convidar clientes para eventos, pesquisas ou ações de marketing.
  • Agendar visitas ou reuniões para a equipe de vendas externa, quando aplicável.
  • Realizar follow-up de propostas enviadas ou de contatos anteriores.
  • Gerenciar carteira de clientes, buscando a reativação e novas vendas.
  • Operação Receptiva (Inbound):
  • Atender chamadas telefônicas de clientes e potenciais clientes de forma cortês e eficiente.
  • Fornecer informações detalhadas sobre produtos, serviços, preços, promoções e condições comerciais.
  • Registrar pedidos, resolver dúvidas, tratar reclamações e prestar suporte básico.
  • Encaminhar solicitações mais complexas para as áreas responsáveis, garantindo o acompanhamento.
  • Registrar todas as interações no sistema (CRM/ERP).
  • Gestão da Informação e Processos:
  • Registrar detalhadamente todas as interações com clientes em sistemas de CRM (Customer Relationship Management) ou ferramentas específicas.
  • Atualizar dados cadastrais dos clientes.
  • Seguir scripts de atendimento e vendas, adaptando-os à necessidade do cliente.
  • Atingir e superar as metas de vendas, atendimento e qualidade estabelecidas pela empresa.
  • Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre os produtos, serviços e políticas da empresa.
  • Qualidade e Melhoria Contínua:
  • Assegurar a qualidade do atendimento e das vendas, buscando a satisfação do cliente.
  • Participar de treinamentos e capacitações para aprimorar técnicas de vendas e atendimento.
  • Fornecer feedback sobre a satisfação dos clientes e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos.
  • Outras Atribuições:
  • Executar outras tarefas correlatas e de acordo com as necessidades da área e as orientações do superior imediato.
