Atuação em Santa Bárbara - MG

Principais atividades:

  • Prestar suporte aos clientes através de atendimento telefônico e por demais meios digitais;
  • Resolver problemas de conectividade e configurar equipamentos de rede;
  • Realizar manutenção em roteadores, switches e outros dispositivos de rede;
  • Diagnosticar e resolver problemas relacionados à conexão de internet;
  • Atuar no atendimento aos clientes, orientando sobre nossos produtos e serviços e nas demais rotinas administrativas do setor de suporte;
  • Atuar juntamente com os demais setores, dando apoio nas atividades diárias, nos serviços externos, com foco na implementação de melhorias e resolução de problemas;

Requisitos:

  • Residir em Santa Bárbara;
  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Gostar de desafios;
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Habilidade com Informática e no trabalho em equipe;
  • Conhecimentos na área de tecnologia será um diferencial;

Informações adicionais:

Salário da categoria.

  • Disponibilidade e flexibilidade para trabalhar em escala de revezamento 5x2, com o horário de atuação em turnos: Turno da manhã: 6h às 15h Turno da tarde: 14h às 23h
