Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Actief opvolgen van openstaande klantenvorderingen en betalingsachterstanden.
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact onderhouden met klanten omtrent betalingen en betalingsafspraken.
  • Onderzoeken en oplossen van facturatie- en betalingsgeschillen in samenwerking met interne stakeholders.
  • Analyseren van contracten, bestelbonnen en contractuele voorwaarden bij betwiste dossiers.
  • Bewaken van de correcte toepassing van betalingsvoorwaarden en gemaakte afspraken.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van juridische invorderingsdossiers in samenwerking met externe partners.
  • Rapporteren over openstaande saldi, betaalgedrag en kredietrisico's.
  • Tijdig signaleren en escaleren van financiële risico's.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, operationele teams en management.

Must haves

  • Bachelor in een economische, financiële of administratieve richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minstens enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen credit control, debiteurenbeheer of collections.
  • Goede kennis van financiële processen en invorderingstrajecten.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om professioneel moeilijke gesprekken te voeren.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, een nauwkeurige werkstijl en een gezonde dosis assertiviteit.
  • Goede kennis van Excel.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals Business Central, 4PS, Trust-It of gelijkaardige software.
  • Kennis van contractbeheer en juridische invorderingsprocessen.
  • Ervaring binnen een projectomgeving, technische sector, bouwsector of installatieomgeving.
  • Kennis van het Engels.
