Voor een toonaangevende organisatie actief binnen de automotive finance sector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Credit Controller die tijdelijk een cruciale rol zal opnemen binnen het Credit & Collections-team.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van een eigen B2B-klantenportefeuille en zorg je voor een efficiënte opvolging van openstaande vorderingen. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, analyseert complexe dossiers en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders om betalingsrisico's te beperken en een optimale cashflow te ondersteunen.

Jobomschrijving

Credit & Collections

  • Proactief opvolgen van openstaande facturen binnen een toegewezen klantenportefeuille.
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact onderhouden met klanten omtrent betalingen en achterstallige facturen.
  • Beheren van een portefeuille met Key Accounts.
  • Opvolgen van betalingsafspraken en afbetalingsplannen.
  • Bewaken van betaaltermijnen en minimaliseren van betalingsachterstanden.

Dossierbeheer & Analyse

  • Behandelen van klachten en betwistingen.
  • Analyseren van complexe klantendossiers.
  • Afstemmen met interne en externe stakeholders om dossiers efficiënt af te handelen.
  • Signaleren van krediet- en betalingsrisico's.
  • Formuleren van verbetervoorstellen waar nodig.

Financiële Administratie

  • Onderzoeken van niet-toegewezen betalingen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met Accounting voor een correcte verwerking van betalingen.
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van alle acties.
  • Up-to-date houden van klantinformatie en dossierhistoriek in de systemen.
  • Je hebt ervaring als Credit Controller, Collections Officer of binnen debiteurenbeheer.
  • Je beschikt over ervaring binnen een B2B-omgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterk boekhoudkundig inzicht.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt ownership over jouw dossiers.
  • Je bent flexibel en voelt je comfortabel in een veranderende omgeving.
  • Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en dossieropvolging.

Must-have

  • Ervaring binnen B2B Collections.
  • Kennis van credit control en debiteurenbeheer.
  • Boekhoudkundige basiskennis.
  • Ervaring met een collection tool.
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen.
  • Gevorderde kennis van Excel.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

Nice to have

  • Ervaring met Key Account opvolging.
  • Ervaring binnen een financiële of leasingomgeving.
  • Kennis van kredietanalyse en risicobeheer.

Talen

  • Professionele kennis van Nederlands of Frans.
  • Goede professionele kennis van Engels.
