The posting

Als Hulpboekhouder / Accountant ondersteun je de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige werking van verschillende vennootschappen binnen de internationale groep. Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van de financiële verrichtingen en werkt nauw samen met je collega's binnen Finance.

Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verwerking van verschillende vennootschappen binnen de groep.
  • Je zorgt voor het correct inboeken en opvolgen van aankoopfacturen.
  • Je verwerkt de financiële verrichtingen en bankuittreksels en bewaakt een nauwkeurige boekhouding.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van de periodieke btw-aangiftes.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's binnen het Finance-team en ondersteunt hen bij de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden.
  • Je werkt met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, het recent geïmplementeerde ERP-systeem.
  • Je draagt bij aan een vlotte en gestructureerde boekhoudkundige werking binnen de verschillende vennootschappen.

Must-haves

  • Je beschikt over een goede boekhoudkundige basis, opgebouwd via een relevante opleiding en/of praktijkervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring met de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verwerking, waaronder aankoopfacturen, financiële verrichtingen en de voorbereiding van btw-aangiftes.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd en hebt oog voor een correcte verwerking van financiële gegevens.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld, ziet zelf werk en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je durft je uit te drukken in het Frans en Engels (moet zeker niet perfect zijn)
  • Je bent op zoek naar een voltijdse functie.

Nice-to-haves

  • Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central of een gelijkaardig ERP-systeem.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met een internationale omgeving waarin verschillende vennootschappen worden beheerd.
  • Je hebt interesse in de verdere optimalisatie van boekhoudkundige processen en digitale toepassingen.
  • Je voelt je thuis binnen een familiale KMO met korte communicatielijnen en een praktische, ondernemende mentaliteit.
