Begrafenissen Pues is een warm, hecht familiebedrijf bijgestaan door vaste bekwame en betrokken medewerkers. Al generaties lang staan we nabestaanden bij op momenten die écht tellen. Dat doen we met respect, vakmanschap en oprechte menselijkheid.

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een boekhouder om dagelijkse financiële taken uit te voeren.

Deze rol is weggelegd voor wie graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, zelfstandig en efficiënt werkt, voldoening haalt uit nauwkeurigheid en betekenisvol werkt binnen een menselijke organisatie.

Welke rol neem je op?

  • Je ondersteunt de administratieve en financiële processen op een efficiënte manier
  • Je wordt bijgestaan door een collega-boekhouder/advisor en een ervaren extern boekhoudkantoor voor alles wat fiscaal is (BTW, jaarrekeningen, vennootschapsbelasting, ...)

Een mooie mix van operationeel boekhouden en meebouwen aan het bedrijf.

Jouw belangrijkste taken

  • Dagelijks financieel beheer
  • Opmaken en versturen van verkoopfacturen
  • Opstellen van prijsramingen op basis van aanvragen
  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoopfacturen
  • Uitvoeren en boeken van betalingen en financiële verrichtingen
  • Aansturen en voorbereiden van dossiers voor het extern boekhoudkantoor
  • Opleveren van alle documenten voor fiscale rapportages, btw-aangiftes en jaarrekening
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten, leveranciers en collega's met een klantgerichte instelling

Met welke tools werk je?

  • Adsolut (Wolters Kluwer) - financieel pakket
  • Office 365: excel, Word, Outlook, ...

We zoeken iemand die zich herkent in dit profiel

  • Je beschikt over een relevante opleiding en minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring in boekhouding
  • Je bent zeer discreet en werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en ordelijk gecombineerd met sterk cijfermatig inzicht
  • Je hebt zin om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
  • Je hebt een verzorgd taalgebruik en talenkennis: Nederlands - uitstekend / Frans en Engels: voldoende om klanten professioneel te woord te staan
  • Je voelt je thuis in een familiaal, respectvol en mensgericht bedrijf
  • Je kan vlot overweg met informaticatoepassing Office 365: Excel, Word, Outlook, ...
  • Ervaring met Adsolut (Wolters Kluwer) is een pluspunt
