Als Payroll Operations Manager neem je de leiding over de Belgische payrollactiviteiten en stuur je een ervaren team van payroll- en payrollsupportspecialisten aan.

Je combineert diepgaande payrollkennis met sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en bewaakt de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en compliance van alle payrollprocessen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een payrollteam van zes medewerkers.
  • De eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de payrollverwerking van meer dan 1.000 medewerkers in België.
  • Het bewaken van een correcte toepassing van sociale wetgeving, payrollprocessen en interne policies.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor complexe payroll- en sociaaljuridische vraagstukken.
  • Adviseren van HR, management en business stakeholders over payrollgerelateerde materie.
  • Vertalen van nieuwe wetgeving naar efficiënte payrollprocessen en concrete implementaties.
  • Uitwerken en optimaliseren van payrollprocessen, systemen en controles.
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen en analyses rond payroll, personeelskosten en sociale voordelen.
  • Samenwerken met Finance, HR en externe partners om een correcte en betrouwbare payrollomgeving te garanderen.
  • Leiding nemen in transversale projecten rond digitalisering, procesoptimalisatie en organisatieverandering.

Deze functie biedt een mooie mix van people management, payroll expertise, stakeholdermanagement en projectwerk.

Must haves

  • Een Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige expertise opgebouwd door relevante ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring binnen payroll.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol.
  • Een grondige kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving en payrollprocessen.
  • Ervaring met de implementatie van nieuwe regelgeving binnen payroll.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een uitstekende kennis van Excel en rapportering.
  • Ervaring met procesverbetering, digitalisering en changeprojecten.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring in stakeholdermanagement op verschillende niveaus.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede professionele kennis van het Frans.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen een complexe of internationale organisatie.
  • Kennis van eBlox, SD Worx of andere payrollplatformen.
  • Ervaring met fusies, integraties of complexe organisatiestructuren.
  • Kennis van compensatie- en voordelenbeleid.
  • Ervaring in een sterk gereguleerde omgeving.
