O profissional será responsável por prestar suporte às atividades administrativas e comerciais, contribuindo com a elaboração de orçamentos e propostas comerciais, realização de cotações, atendimento a clientes e fornecedores, organização de documentos e acompanhamento das rotinas da área.Também dará suporte aos processos relacionados à gestão de resíduos e à prestação de serviços ambientais, auxiliando no fluxo de informações entre as áreas e garantindo agilidade e organização nas demandas comerciais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte administrativo e operacional à equipe comercial;Elaborar e revisar orçamentos e propostas comerciais;Realizar cotações de transporte, tratamento e destinação de resíduos junto aos fornecedores;Apoiar na análise e organização de informações para composição das propostas comerciais;Realizar atendimento telefônico e por e-mail a clientes e fornecedores;Acompanhar solicitações comerciais, prazos e retornos de cotações;Organizar documentos, planilhas, cadastros e controles internos;Apoiar os processos de cadastro e homologação de fornecedores e clientes;Auxiliar no acompanhamento de oportunidades comerciais, processos de concorrência e plataformas de compras;Manter atualizadas as informações e os registros nos sistemas internos;Apoiar a equipe nas demais demandas administrativas e comerciais relacionadas à área ambiental.
