The posting

A Assistente Comercial irá executar atividades administrativas, comerciais e de suporte à operação da unidade, organizando informações, documentos, controles e demandas de infraestrutura, contribuindo para o adequado funcionamento da sede e para o suporte às equipes Comercial, Jornalismo e clientes.

Responsabilidades:

Apoiar a equipe comercial na organização e atualização de propostas, contratos, pedidos e demais documentos comerciais.

• Alimentar e manter atualizados sistemas, planilhas e controles utilizados pela equipe comercial.

• Conferir informações cadastrais, comerciais e documentais, identificando inconsistências para correção.

• Apoiar o acompanhamento de pedidos, programações e demais demandas relacionadas à operação comercial.

• Preparar informações e controles operacionais solicitados pela equipe comercial e pela liderança.

- Apoiar equipe na identificação de oportunidades.

Requisitos:

Ensino médio completo.

Desejável superior em curso em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais , Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.

Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.

• Rotinas administrativas.

• Organização e controle de documentos.

• Sistemas de gestão e ferramentas administrativas.

• Desejável conhecimento em rotinas comerciais e atendimento a fornecedores.
