Responsável por apoiar a gestão da infraestrutura e dos serviços administrativos da empresa, garantindo que os ambientes de trabalho estejam organizados, seguros e adequados para o bom funcionamento das operações. Atua como ponto de apoio na administração de fornecedores, controle de contratos, manutenção predial, serviços de limpeza, segurança, recepção, frota e demais atividades relacionadas à rotina de facilities.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a gestão dos serviços de facilities, garantindo o bom funcionamento da infraestrutura da empresa.Acompanhar e controlar solicitações de manutenção predial preventiva e corretiva.Realizar interface com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, acompanhando a execução das atividades contratadas.Apoiar o controle de contratos, documentos e processos administrativos da área.Conferir e lançar notas fiscais relacionadas aos serviços e despesas de facilities.Auxiliar na compra e controle de materiais de escritório, limpeza, copa e demais insumos necessários para a operação.Acompanhar serviços de limpeza, portaria, recepção, segurança patrimonial e jardinagem, quando aplicável.Atender e direcionar demandas internas relacionadas à infraestrutura e serviços gerais.Realizar o acompanhamento de chamados, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos de atendimento.Apoiar a organização de mudanças internas, eventos corporativos e adequações de layout.Controlar o inventário de equipamentos, mobiliários e ativos sob responsabilidade da área.Elaborar relatórios, planilhas e indicadores de desempenho relacionados às atividades de facilities.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para a redução de custos operacionais.Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança, qualidade e sustentabilidade da empresa.Garantir que os ambientes estejam organizados, seguros e adequados para colaboradores, clientes e visitantes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo.Desejável ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão Empresarial, Facilities, Logística ou áreas correlatas.Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas, facilities, infraestrutura ou serviços gerais.Conhecimento em controle de fornecedores, contratos e organização de documentos.Vivência com lançamento e conferência de notas fiscais será um diferencial.Conhecimento do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel e Outlook.Capacidade de elaboração e atualização de relatórios e planilhas de controle.Noções de manutenção predial, controle patrimonial e gestão de serviços terceirizados.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Habilidade para atendimento ao cliente interno e relacionamento com diferentes áreas.Organização, atenção aos detalhes e gestão de prioridades.Perfil proativo e senso de responsabilidade.Capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente.Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e resolver problemas operacionais.Disponibilidade para atuação presencial.
