Será responsável por apoiar as atividades que garantem o bom funcionamento da empresa e o conforto dos colaboradores. Atua no acompanhamento de serviços como limpeza, manutenção, recepção e controle de fornecedores, ajudando a manter os ambientes organizados, seguros e adequados para o dia a dia de trabalho. Também presta suporte em demandas administrativas da área, contribuindo para que a estrutura da empresa funcione de forma eficiente e organizada.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a gestão dos serviços de facilities, acompanhando atividades de limpeza, manutenção predial, portaria, recepção e jardinagem.Solicitar e acompanhar serviços de manutenção corretiva e preventiva.Realizar o controle de chamados e demandas internas relacionadas à infraestrutura.Apoiar o gerenciamento de contratos e fornecedores, acompanhando prazos, documentações e níveis de serviços.Controlar o estoque de materiais de escritório, limpeza e copa.Auxiliar na organização de mudanças internas, layouts e adequações de espaços.Realizar cotações e apoiar processos de compras relacionados à área.Controlar documentos, relatórios e indicadores da área de Facilities.Apoiar ações de segurança patrimonial e controle de acesso às dependências da empresa.Dar suporte na organização de eventos corporativos e na logística de salas de reunião.Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente aplicáveis à área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo; desejável cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas correlatas.Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas ou de Facilities.Conhecimento em pacote Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.Habilidade para negociação e relacionamento com fornecedores.Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
