Responsável por implementar, monitorar e garantir o cumprimento das normas de saúde e segurança do trabalho, promovendo um ambiente seguro para colaboradores, terceirizados e visitantes. Atua diretamente em campo, identificando riscos, orientando equipes, conduzindo treinamentos e atuando na prevenção de acidentes e não conformidades legais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar inspeções rotineiras em canteiros de obras, áreas técnicas e operacionais;Identificar condições de risco e propor medidas corretivas e preventivas;Acompanhar e garantir o uso adequado dos EPIs e EPCs;Emitir e controlar Permissões de Trabalho (PTs), APRs e fichas de EPI;Ministrar treinamentos e DDS (Diálogos Diários de Segurança);Elaborar relatórios de segurança, análises de risco e estatísticas de acidentes;Investigar e registrar incidentes, quase acidentes e acidentes de trabalho;Controlar vencimentos de ASOs, treinamentos obrigatórios e laudos técnicos;Apoiar o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), especialmente NR-18, NR-35, NR-06, entre outras;Atuar na gestão documental junto ao SESMT, prestadores de serviço e órgãos reguladores;Demais atividades correlatas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho com registro ativo;Desejável experiência em acompanhamento de auditorias;Experiência no setor da Construção Civil (diferencial);Experiência em obras de construção vertical (diferencial).Informações adicionaisVantagens e BenefíciosVale Alimentação/Refeição em cartão flexível;Vale Transporte, mediante adesão;Seguro de vida com cobertura para os beneficiários legais;Auxílio Creche de até R$400,00 por filho entre 6 meses e 3 anos, mediante comprovação da despesa;Day off no dia do aniversário ou em outra data dentro do mês;Presente de aniversário no valor de R$50,00 em cartão de multibenefícios;Plano de saúde com custeio de 70% pela empresa e 30% pelo colaborador, mediante adesão;Plano odontológico, mediante adesão;Acesso a academias e atividades físicas para titulares e dependentes, mediante adesão;Parcerias com instituições de ensino, com condições especiais para formação acadêmica;Parcerias com profissionais de nutrição e saúde mental;Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR), conforme política vigente;Presente de casamento;Licença casamento de 5 dias corridos;Presente para celebrar o nascimento de um filho;Licença maternidade de 150 dias corridos;Licença paternidade de 10 dias corridos;Descontos em estabelecimentos gastronômicos e de beleza.
